Abusive Taxi Driver Charges Passenger With P3, 600 From Cubao To NAIA
An abusive taxi driver who charged his passengers with an amount of P3, 600 from Cubao to NAIA was caught on camera and now making rounds online.
Nowadays, taking a regular taxi is one of the most popular ways of transportation not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all over the world to reach the destinations.
Unfortunately, there are some abusive taxi drivers who are taking advantage towards their passengers through charging them an inappropriate amount of fare.
Recently, the Facebook page “Philippine Shocking History” has shared the video footage of a taxi driver who was caught overpricing and asking too much amount from his passengers.
In the video, it can be seen that the abusive driver was asking the passengers to pay P300 for every 1, 000 meter or 1 kilometer.
The passengers asked the driver to drop them at the terminal and told him that they will pay the total bill when they arrive at the terminal.
The taxi driver charged them with the total amount of P3, 600 for traveling about 12 kilometers, but the passengers complained that the fare was inappropriate for the distance they have traveled.
The driver’s colleague intervened and told that passengers that it was their standard rate.
