Director Cathy Garcia Molina Calls Pia Wurtzbach ‘Fat’ During First Meeting
PIA WURTZBACH – Miss Universe 2015 and actress Pia Wurtzbach revealed her side on blockbuster director Cathy Garcia-Molina calling her ‘fat’ during their first meeting.
Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach are starring a new movie entitled ‘My Perfect You’ based on a report. The film features the love story of a heart-broken man and ‘bubbly’ resort owner who lightened his dark world.
My Perfect You is directed by blockbuster director Cathy Garcia-Molina. It recently had its premiere night and it was graced by lots of actors and actresses in the Philippine showbiz industry.
Many fans and supporters of the ‘PiaRald’ tandem are very excited to see Pia Wurtzbach and Gerald Anderson’s movie.
Based on a recent report in Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (PUSH), during the press conference of My Perfect You held inside the compound of ABS-CBN, Pia Wurtzbach revealed that it is really her dream to star a movie.
According to the Miss Universe 2015, she has always wanted to be a beauty queen but her first dream is to really become a movie star. She expressed that she is so thankful now and she understood why she had to go through defeats.
“I understand why I had to go through all of those challenges ng pagkatalo kasi dadating din pala at the right time,” the beauty queen-actress expressed.
Based on the report, Pia Wurtzbach admitted that she was called fat by director Cathy Garcia-Molina during their first meeting for the film. According to her, it is really true that she’s fat as she just came from a vacation during that time.
“Siyempre (may kirot) pero totoo naman eh… Tanggap ko yun at saka yun lagi kong sinasabi din sa set na parang ang taba ko,” she stressed.
Gerald Anderson’s co-star in My Perfect You also stressed that it is part of being a beauty queen wherein everything about a person gets noticed. According to Pia, she appreciates the honesty of Direk Cathy.
“Pag nagsabi naman siya ng good thing, alam mo na totoo talaga and namnamin mo yun kasi minsan lang yun (laughs),” Pia Wurtzbach reportedly said.
