PIA WURTZBACH – Miss Universe 2015 and Kapamilya actress Pia Wurtzbach had turned down an international offer just to push through her film “My Perfect You”.
Pia Wurtbach is a Kapamilya actress under the management of IMG.
She is also a beauty queen as she was hailed Miss Universe 2015.
With the prominence that she gained as a beauty queen, it would never be a puzzling thing for her to receive an international offer.
According to a report from the ABS-CBN, the beauty queen has admitted that she got an offer to join the reality show “Big Brother” of USA.
But she has revealed that she has to turn it down due to her commitment to her film.
Wurtzbach has further explained on why she turned it down, “Yes I was offered to do [Celebrity] Big Brother also but it was around the time that they were doing My Perfect You so this was a priority.”
Although she had this other dream, which is to have an international career, she believes that she still has to go through a lot.
“I’ll focus on this (acting career in the Philippines) first. I still feel like there are a few more things that I’d like to try here but hindi ko pa rin naman nakakalimutan that other big dream that I have,” she said based on a report.
And in terms of her management contract with IMG when it comes to her “other big dream”, she indicated, “Siyempre I will consult with them. Kung ano sa tingin nila ang bagay sa akin, I will consider that. Masaya naman ako that they considered me under their wing and that they think I was a great ambassador for Miss Universe and that they want to continue working with me. Ibig sabihin, good job ako doon.”
