ZSA ZSA PADILLA – The singer and the actress Zsa Zsa Padilla shows and shares the way she handles the trolls she encountered online.
Zsa Zsa Padilla is definitely famous for being one of the veterans in the music industry with her uttered talent in singing and remarkable contributions.
In the early years before she became the famous person that she is now, she started as a member of the Manila Sound band, Hotdog, in the mid-70s and then went solo in 1982.
She had 3 daughters namely actress Karylle from her first marriage to Modesto Tatlonghari, an adopted daughter Nicole Quizon and Zia Quizon her daughter with Dolphy, of whom is her partner for more than 20 years.
She appeared in several programs such as Wild Flower, The Story Of Us, Dyesebel, Juan Dela Cruz, Budoy, Lastikman, Bituing Walang Ningning, Sa Puso Ko Iingatan Ka, Labs Ko Si Babe, and a lot more.
Thus, being the celebrity that she is, it has been inevitable to famous personalities like her that they may encounter trolls online.
But the actress does not have time to entertain them as gracefully just blocks and delete them.
Featured on her Instagram story is where she has stated, “WHILE YOU CAN’T CONTROL WHETHER YOU WILL BECOME A TROLL’S TARGET, YOU CAN DECIDE IF YOU WILL MAKE YOURSELF A TROLL’S VICTIM. KNOWING THAT THE TROLL’S GOAL IS TO EMBARASS, HUMILIATE, RIDICULE, DEMEAN, AND SHAME YOU, YOU HAVE A CHOICE ABOUT HOW YOU ARE GOING TO REACT.”
Indeed, the actress has a point.
Everyone has the choice of not giving negativity a space in your heart and mind. After all, you rule your own life.
