MAYON VOLCANO – The Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara announced that the Mayon Volcano just had a major explosion around 12:40 in the afternoon.
According to a report from the ABS-CBN News, the Mayon Volcano made an ash explosion at 12:40 in the afternoon Monday, January 22.
The PHIVOLCS has already raised and declared the alert level to 4., just one line below the highest warning.
People were accordingly safe and those coming from the Legaspi were now evacuating.
Everyone is advised to wear a face mask.
