 SWS Survey: Presidential Daughter Sara Duterte Joins May 2019 Senatorial Elections

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte Carpio has joined the senatorial race for the May 2019 elections, according to the SWS survey.

The polling firms Social Weather Stations (SWS) has conducted surveys last December 2017 and Laylo Research Strategies in November 2017.

On Wednesday (January 03, 2018), the survey results show that the presidential daughter Inday Sara has joined the Magic 12 in May 2019 Senate elections.

Sara Duterte is the political heir of former Davao City Mayor and now President Rodrigo Duterte. She rose to fame after punching a court sheriff who attempted to implicate a demolition order covering an urban settlement in Davao City last 2011.

The presidential daughter also shaved her head to show her support for her father Rodrigo Duterte to run on the presidential race in 2016.
