LEA SALONGA – The internationally renowned singer Lea Salonga reacted to the curse words of Sherwin Gatchalian in social media.

Gatchalian actually admitted that he got pissed prompting him to have a meltdown and curse someone on the said social media platform.

“Daming nang-iinis eh. (There were a lot of annoying [people]),” he told Rappler when he was asked via Viber on Tuesday, January 2, what caused his meltdown.

Recalling, the meltdown of the politician caused him to say gago and ulol in broad online and even admitted that it was him and the account was not hacked.

Thus, the Broadway singer Lea Salonga also took the same social media platform to react to it.

“Oh dear. If you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Being a public figure means having to deal with haters and bashers from time to time, whether in person or on social media. Keeping the eyes on what’s important is what keeps one sane through the craziness.”

“The stuff I’ve been called on social media through the years is enough to drive one crazy, but it hasn’t. I won’t let the haters and bashers win. Besides, there are more good people out there than not.”
