INFINITE CHALLENGE – Pinoy television personalities Manny Pacquiao and Ryan Bang appeared as guests in a famous Korean show the Infinite Challenge.
The “Infinite Challenge” is a South Korean television entertainment program which had the largest market share for its timeslot; with between 13 and 17 percent of Korean television viewers watching it every Saturday night.
It is also the most-viewed non-drama program in South Korea every week.
It is recognized as the first “Real-Variety” show in Korean television history and is largely unscripted and follows a similar format of challenge-based reality television programs, familiar to some audiences in the West.
The challenges included often included stints which are silly, absurd, or impossible to achieve, so the program takes on the aspect of a satirical comedy variety show rather than a more standard reality or contest program.
And lately, according to a report from the Soompi, the episode featuring Manny Pacquiao will be aired on December 30.
The taping has been already wrapped up with one of the other guests, comedian Choo Dae Yup, sharing a photo from the set with Pacquiao and Ryan Bang, who acted as Pacquiao’s translator.

The caption shared by the Korean comedian in Instagram has a written caption which indicated in a rough translation, “I had a meaningful time thanks to the ‘Infinite Challenge’ members. I also noticed that Manny Pacquiao’s personality is as great worldwide [as his career]. Thank you Manny. And many thanks to Ryan Bang for interpreting for us despite his busy schedule.”
As much as everyone is aware of, the politician and the internationally-renowned athlete is in Korea together with his whole family to where they have celebrated the Christmas season.
