PAGASA Raised Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1 In The Following Areas Due To Tropical Depression
Here is the list of areas under tropical cyclone signal no. 1 issued by weather bureau PAGASA because of tropical depression Urduja.
On Thursday morning (December 14, 2017), The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) raise tropical cyclone warning signal no. 1 in some parts of the country due to Bagyong Urduja.
Urduja, which was last spotted about 175 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar has maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) and could gusts up to 65 kph.
The weather disturbance is also expected to bring from moderate to heavy rains within its 400-km diameter. It has also the possibility to intensify as a tropical storm for the next few days.
PAGASA has raised signal no. 1 in several areas in Visayas and Bicol Region. They also warned the residents of Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and the areas affected by the tropical depression to prepare for possible landslides and flash floods.

- Catanduanes
- Albay
- Sorsogon
- Masbate
- Eastern Samar
- Northern Samar
- Samar
- Biliran
- Leyte
- Southern Leyte
