ALESSANDRA DE ROSSI – The actress Alessandra de Rossi revealed the reason why she turned down an endorsement offer worth P2 million.
Alessandra de Rossi’s career in the entertainment industry has truly bloomed after her biggest break in the blockbuster film Kita Kita together with Empoy.
Their accidental team-up and love team has been dubbed as AlEmpoy.
And as these stars have shone brighter, the projects and endorsements offered to them have lined up ahead of them.
But according to a report from the Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (Push), there were offers to which she has declined.
First for that matter is an endorsement offer worth P2 million from a liquor brand.
She reasoned out, “Like for example, isang brand ng liquor, may offer na P2 million. Ayokong mag-endorse ng alcohol. Kumuha na lang sila ng babae na makakasama ni Empoy.”
She added after admitting of turning down several offers while Empoy, on the other hand, was just welcoming it all.
“Tapos pinag-pray ko talaga na, ‘Lord, ituloy niyo kahit wala ako kasi ayoko na mawalan si Empoy ng project dahil maarte ako.’ Hindi ako mag-i-endorse ng bisyo. Bakit ako mag-i-endorser niyan,” she said.
Then, according to the source, they have also turned down a certain project to where they are to endorse hotel/motel.
Alessandra shared, “May tinanggihan din kami na Empoy, ito funny, huwag mo na lang ding sabihin, kinuha kaming endorser ng motel/hotel. Hahaha! Yung parang, ‘Seryoso ba kayo?’ Kissing scene nga ayoko tapos ilalagay n’yo ako diyan?”
And the management team handling them, the Cornerstone’s reaction on these turned down projects is, “Naiintindihan kasi nila ako, eh. Ako ang nakakaalam, eh. Path ko ‘to, 20 years ko nang inaayos ang path na ‘to, eh, di ba? So parang wala silang magagawa. Of course, nasa-shock sila minsan. Ayoko lang talaga ng bisyo, anything na malaswa, babuyan. Puwede akong mag-cover ng sexy, walang problema sa akin yan.”
