In the video, Julia is holding a cake while Joshua is hugging her. The young actor just turned 20 and Julia surprised him on his special day.
“Maraming salamat baba, kahit may sakit ka pumunta ka parin. Mahal kita!” Joshua wrote on his caption.
The young actor wished before he blew the candles set on the cake held by Julia.
