DENNIS PADILLA -Julia Barretto admits and shares the reaction of her father, Dennis Padilla, over the courtship of Joshua Garcia to her.
During the September 1 episode, as it was uploaded by the ABS-CBN, Friday, of the early morning talk show on the Kapamilya network, Magandang Buhay, is where Julia Barretto admitted that her father Dennis Padilla liked Joshua Garcia.
The said morning talk show is hosted by Jolina Magdangal, Karla Estrada, and Melai Cantiveros.
On the said episode, Julia was asked by Karla and the host indicated, “Tungkol ba sa pag-ibig Julia, nagtatanong ka rin ba kay Popshie?”
To which her respond is, “Hindi kasi, it’s so clear to me na kilala ko siya kapag ayaw niya, kilala ko naman kapag gusto niya naman. And, hindi na kasi, kahit bago pa ako mag-ask ng advice parang inuunahan niya na ako. Ina-advisan niya na ko.”
Karla agreed so, for it’s a natural tendency for the fathers like Dennis Padilla to be like that on their daughters or rather probably, the mother as well.
Melai then said, “At least hindi siya naging strict sa iyo about sa pag-ibig. Yung bawal ka munang mag-date.”
Julia then further explained, “Hindi rin. Actually, appreciate ko yun with both my parents they give the right amount of freedom to also learn, to commit mistakes and then learn from yung mga mistakes ko. Tapos di ba at the end of the day, yun din yung sana pala…”
“Pero ang tanong, gusto ba ni Kuya Dennis si Joshua?” asked Karla Estrada.
“Gustong-gusto niya, Tita. Kasi nag-effort pa si papa na mag-text sa’kin na nagustuhan niya yung si Josh kasi napaka-respectful and mabuti. Tapos, nung tinext niya ko na next time namin magkita, dalhin ko daw si Josh,” Julia answered.
