Alden Richards Shares Something That His Late Mother Suffered From
ALDEN RICHARDS – Young Kapuso star Alden Richards took to his social media account a post revealing that his late mother suffered a kind of depression before.
Recently, the statement of one of Eat Bulaga‘s mainstay host Joey de Leon about depression during the Juan For All, All For Juan segment of the noontime show caught the attention of viewers and other celebrities.
Based on a recent report in Pep, Joey said that it is only the people who are making the depression: “Gawa-gawa lang ng mga tao.”
According to the report, Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, also hosts of the noontime show, expressed their stand over the topic. Maine refuted Joey’s stand and said that depression is no joke and the people who are suffering from it need support.
Alden Richards has the same stand with his on-screen partner with regards to the topic and he expressed that depressed people need “moral support”.
Based on the report, there were other celebrities who expressed their stand over the topic including Iza Calzado, Mariel de Leon, Khalil Ramos, Bela Padilla, Jodi Sta. Maria, Jake Ejercito, and Jasmine Curtis-Smith on the social media.
Actress Iza Calzado who was also a host of the noontime show before she transferred to the Kapamilya network expressed that her family had a hard time when her late mother suffered from depression before.
According to the report, recently, on his Twitter account, Alden Richards also revealed that his late mother, Rosario Reyes Faulkerson, also suffered from a kind of depression when she was still alive.
Based on his post, the mother of the Pambansang Bae had “bipolar depression” and he knew the details about the condition and how hard her mother suffered from it.
