Female Passenger Shares What Happened To Her Luggage At NAIA

A female passenger shared her horrible experience at NAIA Terminal 1, prompting her to ask for the dismissal of a security guard.

The Facebook page “The Philippine News” has shared the post of a female passenger NAIA Terminal 1 before her flight. The post was credited to a certain Sheila Wilhelm.

The social media page narrated that the passenger was carrying 2-hand carry luggage when one of the security guards asked her to open one of the bags. After a few moments, another guard asked her to open the other luggage for inspection.

The passenger finds suspicious on the actions of the security guard, so she immediately grabbed her bag and checked her wallet. She finds out that her money was lacking an amount of P1, 000 and saw the guard inserting something on his shoes.

The woman confronted the guard who denied the allegations and refused to take his shoes off. The culprit was defended by his fellow security guards.

Luckily, Ma’am Ma. Rowena Flores, a supervisor of Jetstar helped the passenger to address her issue against the security guard, through calling the attention of Mr. Tano Estelito, the supervisor of Inter Island Security.

Finally, the P1, 000 allegedly stolen was recovered from the security guard.

“Something happened to me in NAIA TERMINAL1 . My Flight Jetstar! Its my first time to fly in Jetstar, but this is what happened to me. It is happened 9:45 am and my flight is 10:35 am.

Meron po akong 2 hand carry laguage. 
Yung isa nakalock na maleta at yung isa malaking handbag. Habang pinabubuksan ng isang security ang bag ko na nakalock, ako naman po nagbubukas ng susi, yung isang security pinabubuksan na rin ang isa kung bag, as in sabay. Diba nakakalito. As in mabilis ang kamay nya pero im not sure if nakuha nga ang money ko. Kaya ang ginawa ko hinalwat ko agad ang bag ko. Fyi po, meron po akong money sa walet at money n 2k sa bulsa ng bag ko na nakazipper. So nakita ko kulang ng 1k ang pera ko. Nagsimula na ko tumingin kay Security guard. Nakita ko sya nagpunta sa aircon at may ipinasok sa sapatos at medyas. He refuse na alisin ang medyas nya. Almost 30 mins ako nag aantay sa kanya. At ang isang babae na guard sabihan ba naman ako na 1k lang yan! Aba hirap kumita ng pera tapos sasabihin 1k lang eh nagsasalita na agad ako sa kanila! Pero tuloy pa rin ang salita ko din di nila ako pinapansin. Umalis na yung babae na guard. Humingi ako ng tulong sa knila tinitingnan lang nila ako. Pati mga guard at pinagtatanggol pa ang kasama nila na bawal ang ginagawa ko at nangbibintang ako! 
Mabuti po dumating si Ma’am Ma. Rowena Flores supervisor ng Jetstar at tinulungan ako, pinatawag nya si Supervisor ng INTER ISLAND SECURITY MR TANO ESTELITO. Yan na po lumabas ang 1k ko nahulog at gusot gusot pa.! Nakakadala po diba. Parang lumalabas na modos nila yun dun na ididistruct ka at may makuha sila sayo!

Antayin mong pagbabalik ko Mr security guard! Only 2weeks! Babalikan kita at dinako papayag na naanjan ka pa! Ni hindi ka nagsorry! Kung di ko pa sabihin sayo! Kapal ng mukha mo! PLEASE SHARE PARA PASIKATIN SILA AND COMMENT KUNG KILALA NIYO ANG MGA MAGNANAKAW NA ITO!!!

Makikita nyo po jan sa video yung isang babae na guard, kaharap sya ng buksan ang bag ko ni Mr security guard. Tapos pgtatanggol pa nya at baka daw nahulog ko kung saan ang 1k ko. Sabi ko hindi mangyayari dahil hindi ko naman nabuksan yun at nakazipper. At sabi pa nya masama daw ang mangbintang.

Naiiyak na ako at nanginig katawan ko dahil sa gusto kung patunayan sa mga Security Guard na to na hindi ako nagsisinungaling. Sinasabihan nila ako na mali ang magparatang at magsabi na kinuha ni Security Guard TACTAY PETRONIO yung 1k sa bag ko. Hindi nila ako pinapansin pero si Ms Lynie Pispisano isa din pong passenger, tinulungan nya ko na kumalma. Thank you po ate.
