Robert Pangilinan, Senator Kiko Pangilinan’s Grandson Bullied By Frat Members
Robert Pangilinan, the 18-year-old grandson of Senator Kiko Pangilinan was bullied by frat members of a popular university.
Bullying is one of the primary concern of the parents and school personnel not only in the Philippines but also in different countries worldwide. It can be also the most intimidating, painful, and embarrassing experience of a certain person.
Recently, there are some reports saying that the Robert Pangilinan, the grandson of the Filipino Senator Kiko Pangilinan and a third-year college student who was taking a course of Hotel Management has been beaten by some fraternity members inside the Adamson University.
The lawmaker’s grandson went to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and reported the incident. The latter identified the bullies who had beaten him up was members of the group Tau Gamma Phi fraternity.
Robert narrated how he fraternity members bullied him, while other students were just watching. He said that he was able to escape the bullies who have been harassing since last year. The recent bullying incident happened last August 07, 2017.
Marissa, the mother of Robert also said that the frat members were always hitting his son and recruited him to join the group, so they will stop bullying him. Eventually, the 18-year-old HM student joined the group, but the members are still bullying him.
The teacher of Robert described him as a good and smart student who has high grades until the group starts bullying him.
“Wala naman kami magagawa dito sa school, at malimit nangyayari pag-bully ng mga Tau Gamma dito. Better magpahinga muna at lipat na lang siya ng school. We also fear for his life,” said by the teacher.
Pangilinan family also attempted to communicate with the college dead, but they receive no response from the administration of the university. They also said that will file cases of grave threat and serious physical injury against the 15 frat members.
