Alfred Vargas Shares Something About Bea Alonzo

Alfred Vargas recalled what it’s like being with Bea Alonzo In Star Circle Batch 10.

Quezon City’s 5th District Congressman Alfred Vargas shared something as to what it was like being with Bea Alonzo, one of Kapamilya network’s sought after actress.

According to the report released by the Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (Push), Cong. Alfred and Bea Alonzo were on the same batch of Star Circle when they were launched on 2001.

He even shared that since then, he was rooting that Bea will be one of the artists to shine bright and he was not mistaken because she is really a good actress and for several times stated that she is serious when it comes to doing workshop and working.

Congressman Alfred even recalled that he was not shocked at all when Bea was given a big break together with John Lloyd Cruz in Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay.

“I’m proud and I’m very happy sa mga naabot ni Bea. But at the same time, hindi ako nagulat na ganyan siya ka-successful ngayon (as an actress) kasi she deserves it naman, eh. Yung good looks puwede kang pasikatin pero yung talent will make you stay. Yon yung staying power niya. Magaling talaga siyang umarte. I’m sure tatagal pa siya as one of the great actresses of our time. I’m really proud na naka-batch ko siya noon sa Star Circle,” he said.

Meanwhile, aside from politics, Alfred is doing his fifth Cinemalaya movie, Ang Guro Kong Di Marunong Magbasa, that will be showing in
CCP and on selected theaters in Metro Manila.

His four prior movies are Kolorum, Teorya, Ang Paglilitis ni Andres Bonifacio, and Separados.
