His report is definitely the much-anticipated and the much-awaited and everyone are all-ears to what he has said.
But then, in this highly publicized political event of the year, following this year’s dress code: Mindanaoan-inspired outfits, a lot from the attendee have fetched the eyes of the public because of their stunning costumes.

After her white Filipiniana terno which a netizen described to be ‘simple yet elegant’, she changed into something that is just stunning. A Boom Sason suit with tribal print.
Leyte Representative Lucy Torres and daughter Juliana Gomez
The mother and daughter clad in their matchy outfits fetched attention. Lucy in her showstoppers skirt and Juliana is just simply pretty with her simple shift couture.
Senator Sonny Angara’s wife Tootsy
She wore a vintage Pitoy Moreno which she had accordingly worn during her promenade on 1991.
Jinkee Pacquiao
Of course, the boxing champ’s wife will not be out of the list. Being considered now as one of the icons in fashion, she stood out during the event as she wore Paul Cabral’s Filipiniana with modern design with floral details on the bottom part.
Miss Earth 2016 Katherine Espin
She was spotted wearing the creation of US-based Filipino designer Oliver Tolentino. The black gown has intricate designs.
Senator Grace Poe
With her white dress that reached her knees, the senator gave “a vision of simplicity and elegance” together with her husband Teodoro Llamanzares.
