Ogie Alcasid reacted on Noven Belleza’s case.
NOVEN BELLEZA – ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ judge and veteran OPM singer Ogie Alcasid reacted over the filed case against Noven Belleza.
According to the news report released by the Philippine Entertainment Portal, Ogie Alcasid firmly believed that Belleza is going to surpass what he is currently going through.
As mentioned in the report, Alcasid has witnessed the growth of Belleza because he is one of the judges of the singing competition where Belleza had started, the “Tawag ng Tanghalan”.
“Well, full support kami kay Noven… well, I can speak for myself. I will pray for him na, you know, maayos niya ‘to at hindi siya … Hindi ko alam ang buong istorya nito, and siyempre kailangan nating malaman yung buong istorya,” Ogie stated.
Recalling, from the Negros Occidental, Belleza was hailed as the grand champion of the said competition for the amateur singers. He was able to snatch the title as he bested out other contenders coming from various places in the Philippines.

As per the case of him, he was reported to be arrested on Sunday, July 16, and was held at the Mabolo Police Station in Cebu City. A netizen even surfaced on social media which allegedly stated the details of the incident.
However, coming from a serious filed case, the Regional Trial Court of Cebu City lowered it to sexual assault.

Nevertheless, Belleza was able to post bail for his temporary release as he awaits for the trial to be held at the RTC of Cebu.
The media network company he is under also released a statement in which it told, “Noven asserts that he did not commit the crime charged and he will prove his innocence in the course of the legal proceedings.”
