Gpao Villeza made Game of Throne characters to Filipino actors.
GPAO VILLEZA – A graphic artist creatively turned some of his well-selected Filipino actors into several characters from the hit series Game of Thrones.
Game of Thrones is an American hit television series, a fantasy drama which is created David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. This an adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s book fantasy series.
And now, the Season 7’s premiere is coming up and a lot of fans and supporters of the series have been waiting for it.
In line with that, a Filipino graphic artist had played with his imagination and thought out of the box as he has creatively made several local artists turn into some of the famous characters of the Game of Thrones.
According to the report of the GMA News, he made the fun yet very stunning art during his break and he had thought very well as to who among the Filipino artist would fit each persona of the characters.
On Gpao Villeza’s post on his Facebook account, he said, “Last holy week 2017, out of boredom sa staycation ko sa bahay namin sa Pampanga, naisip ko bigla, what if gumawa nang remake ng Game of Thrones dito sa Pinas.”
He had actually found it hard to choose over numerous artists but he have come up with the following:Miguel Tanfelix as Bran Stark, Ricky Davao as Lord Varys, Solenn Heussaff as Melisandre, Kristoffer Martin as Gendry, Tom Rodriguez as Renly Baratheon, TJ Trinidad as Jaqen H’ghar, Andrea Torres as Ygritte, Kate Valdez as Tyene Sand, Klea Pineda as Obara Sand, Gabbi Garcia as Nyemria Sand, Mikael Daez as Daario Naharis and Will Devaughn as Grey Worm.
Others are as follows: Richard Gomez as Ned Stark, Dawn Zulueta as Catelyn Stark, Gerald Anderson as Rob Stark, Liza Soberano as Sansa Stark, Sue Ramirez as Arya Stark, Zaijan Jaranilla as Rickon Stark, Tirso Cruz III as Tywin Lannister, Angel Aquino as Cersei Lannister, John Estrada as Jaime Lannister, Dagul as Tyrion Lannister, Loisa Andalio as Myrcella Baratheon, Albert Martinez as Petyr Baelish,and among others.
