China Warns North Korea That The Increasing Tension Might Cause A Disastrous Consequence
China warned the North Korea that the consequences for the escalating tension between them could be disastrous if it goes further.
Liu Jieyi, the UN ambassador of China has warned that the escalating of tension with North Korea would have devastating consequences if the risks go out of control. Jieyi made the statement during the news conference on Monday (July 03, 2017).
The Chinese ambassador was also hoping that the key nations will support their three-part proposal. Jieyi also sees that restoring the negotiations and transactions with the North Korea can de-escalate the tension with the communist country.
The denuclearization, implementing peace, and stability on the Korean Peninsula can also reduce the tension between China and North Korea. “We cannot afford to wait for too long without dialogue taking place,” said by Jieyi quoted by Philstar.
Last week, Kim In Ryong, the UN Ambassador of North Korea said that the over 50-year confrontation between the United States and North Korea came closer into a nuclear war since the US conducts joint military exercises with South Korea last April and May 2016.
Previously, North Korea has been the headlines of the news after its nuclear ballistic missile test gets failed when one of its missiles suddenly explodes 4 to 5 seconds after it was launched into the air.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un also conducted large firing drills and regular missile test, which rises the tension on the Korean Peninsula.
