This guy went bottle challenge and nearly saved 55K, find out how he does it!
This bottle challenge have helped this guy to saved up money for up to 55K and how he did it is unbelievable.
Obtained from the Facebook account of Miguel Aquino, is the Bottle Challenge to which helped him saved that such amount.
As narrated on his post, he said that was never thrifty ever since but there was one time when coins overweighted on his pockets and so he decided to put it inside the empty bottle which is inside his locker.
And from then on, it became his habit to put coins on empty bottles until one day he had just noticed, after the long run, he was able to fill 7 bottles.
But he never got contented upon it and so he decided to put money with higher values such as 20, 50, 100, and sometimes 500 if his 1000 was being changed and broken down to smaller ones.
As written on the post, “Araw-araw ginagawa ko sya, naging “HABIT” ko na kasi! Kapag sahod na, lahat ng over time pay ko sa work diretso na sa bote. 10% ng sahod ko binibigay ko kay Lord. 30% din nung sahod ko diretso na sa bote. Ibigsabihin, 60% na lang ang sa akin.”
And the remaining percentage of his wage was spent on his transportation, food, and other necessities.
Accordingly, he got out from his lavish lifestyle. Like instead of having coffee at Starbucks, he’d rather buy instant coffee so he could save the money.
And the rest of his venture went on and what he reap is truly worth it as he was able to save exactly P54,653 in just a matter of 8 months.
Utmost discipline is what he has done to himself and every hard work indeed pays off big time.
