Finally, Heart Evangelista and Angelica Panganiban are following each other on Instagram and if you’re wondering, this was their issue before.
Two of the biggest stars of today are Heart Evangelista and Angelica Panganiban. They shine in their own field as actresses and are already icons of their own rights. They were the best of friends before, however, an issue caused a crack in it that resulted in a conflict lasting for years.
However, some good news was noticed by many as recently, netizens found out that they are now following each other on social media. Many people took this as a good sign while others wondered what led to this.
Heart and Angelica’s issue
In 2015, Hear married Senate President Chiz Escudero and there were rumors at that time that she did invite Angelica, the person she treated as her first best friend.
“In-invite ko siya. We were able to talk, sabi ko mag-bridesmaid siya, but she said na matagal na raw naka-book yung Japan [trip niya], kasama ang family ni John Lloyd. I said baka puwede siya sa Manila reception sinabi din niya na nasa Japan siya. Hindi ko na siya kinulit,” Heart explained.
However, she later found out from another person that Angelica wanted her to put more effort into encouraging her to attend the wedding. She was surprised to hear this and quipped, “Kulang pala ako sa kulit.”
They knew each other since they were around 14 to 15 years old and she hoped that they would see each other again. At that time, she wasn’t able to be as persistent as her best friend hoped her to be because aside from her blocked vacation schedule, Heart was also dealing with a lot. She was facing other issues such as her relationship with her parents and the whole wedding preparation.
“So, I hope she doesn’t take it to heart na hindi ko siya tinawagan ulit-ulit,” Heart expressed.
