Thess Pineda revealed something about certain properties of Charice Pempengco.

Thess Pineda, the grandmother of international singer Charice Pempengco who has recently changed her name, spoke regarding the properties and business of her granddaughter in the country and in United States.

It was just recently when singer Charice Pempengco sparked news reports after she changed her name on the social media. She wanted to be recognized now as ‘Jake Zyrus’.

The controversial move followed the reports that she and Alyssa Quijano have broke up. Alyssa was Charice’s girlfriend for quite long.

There were those who expressed support on the move of Charice to change her name. One of them is singer Aiza Seguerra who does not see anything wrong with the decision of Charice most especially if it can really aid in freeing herself.

While there are those who supported the singer’s move to change her name to Jake Zyrus, there are also those who are not in favor of it and one of them is her very own grandmother.

Based on a previous news report, the grandmother of Charice said that she can’t anymore tolerate it. She emphasized that the people would still recognize her as Charice Pempengco and not Jake Zyrus.

According to her, in her heart, Charice is a female.

Meanwhile, based on a video posted by YouTube channel Mr. Tsismoso on the online platform, the singer’s grandmother Thess Pineda has revealed that some of her properties and business have already been sold.

Based on the video, the grandma of Charice fears that she will lose all those that she worked hard for.

Citing Pilipino Star Ngayon, the video stated that Thess Pineda revealed that the mansion of the singer, her condominium in Laguna, apartment in Cabuyao, and two apartments and a business in US were all sold.
