She went outraged after her best friend was linked to her boyfriend, whom she initially refused to name.
But she was prompted to divulge the identity of her best friend, Mika Tan, as rumored romance between her best friend and James Reid made rounds on the internet.
The controversy started off after photo of James Reid hugging Nadine Lustre’s best friend went viral on social media.
Nadine Lustre said that there’s nothing wrong if they hug each other. According to her, she’s also fond of hugging her friends.
While some are blasting the actress, others emerge to defend her from bashing and praised her for being brave enough to answer her bashers.
But there are some who reminded Nadine Lustre to ignore the online trolls.
Nadine Lustre also reacted on the reports that she’s being tagged as the leading woman in popular men’s magazine, “FHM.”
James Reid has yet to issue any statement regarding the controversy.
