Daughter of Hillary and Bill Clinton slams the Philippine President because of his malicious joke.
CLINTON – Chelsea Clinton, the child of Hillary and Bill Clinton, slams the President Rodrigo Roa Duterte because of his malicious joke.
According to the news report of the Inquirer, Chelsea Clinton is a former broadcaster and the daughter of the former United States President Bill Clinton and also former US Secretary of the State Hillary Clinton.
It was after she criticized the Filipino Chief Executive because the president have told a joke about the armies to have committed sexual violation in Mindanao considering that the region is currently under the Martial Law.
Earlier, Chelsea had re-tweeted the report about the joke of the president and put a written caption above it, “Not funny. Ever.”
She even further said that the president has “no regard for human rights” and indicated that the said sexual violation is “never a joke”.

And in speaking of the soldiers from Iligan, as mentioned on the report, Duterte gave his assurance to the troops that he will be the one responsible on the “consequences and ramifications” even if it includes those bad military forces commits sexual assaults.
According to the president’s statement, he will support the troops if they just do their job including those violations, he will own it up for them.
The present president and former mayor of Davao declared the Martial Law in the entire island of Davao due to the terror attack of the Maute group in Marawi and also because of the intense firefight that is happening between the group and the government.
Accordingly, the cause of the confrontation is because the military forces have tried to seize the leader of the Abu Sayyaf Isnilon Hapilon and who was also said to be the leader of the Islamic State.
