The Facebook page “Matalinong Matsing” has posted a video of a traffic enforcer and civilians who were extorting money from a motorist. The enforcer together with his conspirators asking for money instead of issuing a ticket for the violation of the motorist.
In the video, it can be seen that the traffic enforcer identified as J. Catindig together with his 2 conspirators seems like asking money from the motorist, but he asked the enforcer to issue a ticket for his violation.
Catindig asked the motorist to step down of his vehicle, but he refused to get out of the vehicle and just asked the enforcer again to issue a ticket for his violation. The enforcer together with a man wearing a black shirt and a sunglass declined to issue a violation ticket.
The motorist and the conspirator had an exchange of heated arguments regarding the issue. In the end of the video, it can be seen that the traffic enforcer intervenes between the two.

The video immediately goes viral after it was posted in the social media. The viral video garnered 307k views, 215 reactions, 160 shares, and 142 comments as of this post. The traffic enforcer and his conspirators were slammed by the netizens for illegal towing.
