Inspiring: The Story of This Half-Paralyzed Vendor Will Surely Make You Cry

The inspiring story of this half-paralyzed vendor will surely make you cry.

INSPIRING – Tatay Moises, a half-paralyzed vendor, despite his situation, continues to do hard work for family and his story will definitely inspire you.

According to the post of John Rene Fernandez on his Facebook account, Tatay Moises is already a ‘regular sight’ in Tower 1 of RCBC Plaza.

He stays there from 10 am until 1 pm except Wednesday and he sells varied snacks to the employees with only P50 in 3 packs of assorted items.

Well, not until January when Tatay Moises could no longer enter other  floors to sell because it had now required an access pass. So, he just settles himself in the corner end of the reception area on the ground floor.

As mentioned on the post, Tatay is already 52 years old and has 5 school-aged children. In order to earn, he sells snacks while his wife sells halo-halo.

Half of his body got paralyzed because of the stroke he had gone through 6 years ago and when he got recuperated from the attack, he went back to selling however, in a half-paralyzed body.

Almost every day, Tatay Moises would go to work through commuting together with his heavy and bulky luggage from Taguig to RCBC Plaza and considering his condition, it was never easy.

Based on the post of John Rene, he followed Tatay Moises the moment he had gone out of the building. And what he saw broke his heart.

In his trail to follow Tatay, he had found out that other public vehicles declines or reject Tatay to have a ride because of his big luggage and he would sometimes find other flat paths as he could not make it or walk on the elevated ones.

And he was touched, when Tatay went to a jeep bound to Guadalupe, a bystander helped him enter the vehicle by pushing him to the inside.

Then Tatay  went to ABC Building  and there he would buy other good and snacks for sale by tomorrow and past 2 pm, the time he could get home where he could have his lunch.

Indeed, so inspiring. Tatay Moises’ disability was not able to stop him to work hard.
