Joint Navy Missile Destroyers Of US, Japan Now Heading To Korean Peninsula

The joint navy missile destroyers of the United States and Japan will pass through the Philippine Sea heading to the Korean Peninsula.

JS Ashigara and JS Samidare, the self –defense force destroyers of Japan has joined US navy guided-missile destroyers USS Lake Champlain, USS Michael Murphy, USS Wayne E. Meyer, and the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson on making efforts against North Korea.

The nuclear and ballistic missile program of North Korea has raised the tension on the Korean Peninsula. As the communist country has already performed 5 missile tests and 2 of them were only conducted last year.

Previously, North Korea’s missile test during their show of strength in Pyongyang gets failed when one of their missiles suddenly explodes 4 to 5 seconds after it was launched. It appears to be an embarrassment for the communist country as US and South Korean monitors their activities.

The communist country has also conducted numbers of military drills in marking the 105th anniversary of Kim II Sung, the grandfather of Kim Jong-Un and the 85th anniversary of founding its military forces.

The joint U.S and Japan navy forces will pass to the Philippines waters heading to the Korean Peninsula.
