A 14-year-old boy was killed at a school concert on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, in the capital town of Lagawe in Ifugao.
The Cordillera Police said that the 14-year-old boy identified as Ethan Ryo Sia was shot dead in the middle of the benefit concert held at the Lagawe Central School open gymnasium at exactly 10:20 p.m.
According to Inquirer.net, the suspect, wielding a loaded .38-revolver, was stopped by the concert goers.
The gunman is a 45-year-old Michael Dinamling and is a member of the town’s public order and safety committee (POSC).
Michael Dinamling was turned over to the authorities. However, the investigators refused to divulge his reason for killing the teen.
