A bill was introduced by a lawmaker on Monday to ban forced elimination of passengers after the incident at United Airlines.
Bill to ban taking out of passengers in an aircraft by force was introduced by a lawmaker from Illinois on Monday after the scene at the United Airlines last week.

According to the report of ABS-CBN News, representative of the Republican State Peter Breen sponsored the Arline Passenger Act. It was after the scene in one of the flights of the United Airlines where David Dao, a passenger, was dragged along the aisle to give space for the four employees.
The dragging scene has created outrage internationally and the question to the overbooked flight was raised.
Dao is 69 years old. The said incident had caused concussion, loss of two teeth and he had suffered a broke nose.
As stated in the report, Breen stated that according to the bill presented in the state capital which is the Springfield, a traveler in a certain flight will not be removed unless he or she is causing disturbance an danger to his or her fellow passenger and if an emergency had arise.
Based on the same report, the bill says, “A commercial airline that removes validly seated customers without serious cause breaches the sacred trust between passengers and their airlines.”
As for the three unnamed authorities who dragged David Dao, a legal action was granted to them. They had undergo last week a paid leave.
Breen’s statement as mentioned in the report is that “treatment of the passenger in last week’s incident at O’Hare is inexcusable and must be stopped.”
However, immediate response has not been heard from the United Airlines when they were requested for a comment about the matter.
According to the report, the United on Friday has said that the changed policy booking of crew member will be on its own plane.
