Roberto Elliot, an honest taxi driver who returned a lost iPhone SE to its “ungrateful” owner received a brand new Samsung Galaxy J7 and a vacation package worth 15,000 pesos.
On Facebook, “Raffy Tulfo in Action” shared a photo along with Roberto Elliot with a caption stating that the humble taxi driver was granted with a brand new cell phone (Samsung Galaxy J7- more or less 10,000) courtesy of “CELLBOY” and Bicol getaway along with his family this Holy Week sponsored by Raffy Tulfo.
Recently, the taxi driver went to “Raffy Tulfo in Action,” a radio program hosted by veteran broadcast journalist Raffy Tulfo to return a lost iPhone SE to its owner.
However, instead of being thankful to Elliot, the owner of the cellphone scolded the taxi driver for not returning the smartphone immediately.
This irked Raffy Tulfo. He angrily lambasted Luigi Lim, the owner of the iPhone SE who is a Singapore-based nurse.
He told Mr. Lim that “Imbes na matuwa ka pinipikon mo ko eh,” Raffy Tulfo told Luigi Lim.
He also defended Mr. Elliot who claimed that he has no knowledge how to use a smartphone.
“Etong tao, he’s being honest, he’s being kind. Nag abala pa siyang pumunta dito, wala siyang alam kung paano mag pindot pindot sa mga cellphone na yan..pagagalitan mo pa siya,papahagingan mo pa siya? Bastos ka naman Mr. Lim” he said.
Raffy Tulfo also told Mr. Lim that he is to be blamed why he lost his gadget.
“Kung nawalan ka ng pera, kung nawalan ka ng kita. Kasalanan mo yan kasi burara ka” he said.
