According to the House Speaker, this is the only time that an official who sits on the top position in the government “brazenly maligned” the country internationally.

Meanwhile, Magdalo Representative Gary Alejano, the one who filed the complaint against the 71-year-old President, expressed that the House Speaker is just dragging away the issue from Pres. Duterte.

Rep. Alejano also said that filing a complaint against Vice Pres. Robredo because of what she has expressed before the UN shows that the Duterte Adminstration does not welcome criticisms.

The said Magdalo Representative tagged it as “mark of a dictator.”
