Pacific Ocean, Hawaii, And Micronesia Claimed By China As Their Territories Based Their New ‘251-Dash’
China is now claiming the Pacific Ocean, Hawaii, and most part of Micronesia as their territories based on their new ‘251-Dash’.
According to a report, China is claiming some territories as their own based on their new 251-dash line, which rises the tension between them and their neighboring countries. This comes after the ruling of arbitrary court declines the territorial claims of China on Scarborough Shoal.
Using the new world map in all government offices and educational facilities have been ordered by the China’s Education Ministry, which signifies the islands in the Pacific were still part of China, according to the Xinhua news report.
China’s action has been called as “cartographic rape” and “absurd,” according to the Micronesian President Manny Mori. The United States did not yet give any reaction regarding the matter. The new map and the expansion of China will be surely questioned by its new neighbors.
The new “251-dash map” was reportedly proved that the Caroline Islands, Northern Mariana, and Marshall belongs to the Chinese territories. “The study of what constitutes Chinese territory is ongoing,” said by an official from the ministry quoted by elite readers.
The Ministry of Education would create a new and revised world map once the Antarctica will take over by Ming Empire, according to the evidence gathered.
Josh Ernest, White House Press Secretary said that the US believes that China and other nations should settle the differences in a peaceful way in order to avoid tension and military confrontation.
