Pasay Traffic enforcer caught on video selling seminars to motorist whom he flagged down without any clear traffic violation.

Cameras and other gadgets paved away the different stories of people that we see in social media. These gadgets are not only used to record our daily experiences but also a useful tool to record a piece of evidence.

Grab Taxi passenger took to social media and shared a video of a traffic enforcer for making them pull over for no apparent reason.

According to the video uploader, the incident happened on February 13, 2017, at around 4-5pm along to Malibay, Pasay.

The taxi passenger wrote in the post that the Grab taxi took the right lane. But the driver needed to drop by to a gas station to fill up the tank. After their business at the gas station, the grab driver was flagged down by a traffic enforcer for an unclear violation.

According to the Facebook post, the traffic enforcer failed to provide the driver with any legitimate reason for pulling them over. He only kept on insisting his supposed right to do so.

The complainant said that he can be heard the traffic enforcer fired out a bunch of words that sounded like unrecognizable threats. He also heard the word “seminar,” which is the new policy of Pasay traffic management.

The driver keeps on asking about his violation, the new policy and about the seminar. The complainant also added that heard the traffic enforcer saying, “Bayaran nyo na lang ang seminar.”

The grab taxi passenger decided to record the actions of the traffic enforcer and for threatening the taxi driver that he won’t issue a ticket if he pays up for the seminar.

The passenger shared the video footage of the incident in Dash Cam Diaries Philippines Facebook page.

The complainant intended to reach higher officials of the government. He also hopes to show the public the unacceptable behavior displayed by the traffic enforcer.
