DAYAN – Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II expressed that the government agreed to put Ronnie Dayan and Kerwin Espinosa ‘provisionally’ under the Witness Protection Program.
Ronnie Dayan and Kerwin Espinosa were two of the personalities whose names have sparked a lot of headlines recently. Recently, both appeared in the inquiries conducted.
Dayan is the alleged ‘bagman’ of Sen. Leila De Lima. He is the former driver and bodyguard of the Senator who is also now linked to the alleged drug trade inside the national penitentiary.
Dayan and De Lima had an affair as both have admitted. Dayan has been arrested by the police authorities in the rice fields of La Union after a tip from an anonymous farmer led to his arrest.
