The death of the mayor of Albuera, Leyte has sparked a lot of headlines and reactions as the unexpected incident occurred while he was in the custody of the authorities. A lot of questions were raised regarding the incident.
Some senators, including Sen. Panfilo ‘Ping’ Lacson, believe that there was premeditation in Espinosa’s case. Based on a previous news report, Sen. Lacson has even cited certain points regarding the incident.
Recently, an investigation on the matter was held in the Senate. PNP Chief Dela Rosa was there in the Senate probe.
