Sen. Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III expressed his stand on the recent order of the Ombudsman to dismiss Sen. Joel Villanueva.
The use of Priority Development Assistance Fund has already sparked up a lot of issues in the past. In the present, PDAF is still undeniably one of the issues tackled on the surface.
Recently, previous report entailed that the Ombudsman has ordered the dismissal of one neophyte legislator, Sen. Joel Villanueva, after allegations on the misuse of PDAF amounting to P10 million way back in 2008 when he was a congressman.
Based on the report, the neophyte Senator was found guilty of grave misconduct, prejudicial conduct and serious dishonesty by the Ombudsman.
