EDSA motorist claimed that a law enforcer raised a hand on her.
EDSA MOTORIST – A motorist passing through the lanes of EDSA Mega Mall Northbound went through an unexpected incident as a law enforcer stopped her.
In a recent news report in ABS-CBN News, an interview with the said motorist who is covered under not a real name Rachelle revealed an unexpected incident.
Based on the audio of the said video, the motorist was stopped by the law enforcer who claimed that the motorist is the one on the faulty side.
The video also entailed that the motorist affirmed that the law enforcer distanced himself after she revealed that she has a dash cam.
