About 1 million Filipino workers abroad will be provided by humanitarian and legal assistance by the team that will be sent by our government announced last Friday (August, 05, 2016). The team will arrive this coming Wednesday (August 10, 2016).

According to foreign affairs department they will prioritize those who need food, medical care, and other support services for the stranded workers. For now this is only an opening relief but still they will focus on bringing home the stranded OFW’s.
