Dawn Zulueta Reacts To Duterte’s Win, Shares Experience In Davao

Dawn Zulueta says president Rodrigo Duterte will bring a positive change.

Kapamilya prized actress Dawn Zulueta was made to react to Rodrigo Duterte’s win in the presidential race. She also shared her experience living in Davao City.

In an interview with Pep, the “You’re My Home” star said that she believes Duterte presidency will have a positive effect to the country and she will fulfill his promises.

The 47-year-old actress also said that she is convinced by Duterte’s leadership based on her living experience in Davao City.

Zulueta noted that peace and order policies are strictly implemented.

“Well, ako, naging maganda ang experience ko living in Davao. I loved it there, it was so peaceful. The peace and order is really fantastic. Malinis, makikita mo talaga [ang] disiplina, maski ng mga tao,” she said.

According to Zulueta, the people of Davao respect Duterte, so they are really obey him.

She also admitted that she is a supporter of the tough-talking politician since she knows him personally.

“I’m a supporter because I also know Mayor Digong personally. I believe in him and in what he can do.” -Dawn Zulueta

Zulueta moved to Davao City in 1997 when she got married to Anton Lagdameo Jr. who is running a business in the City. He is also the second district representative of Davao Del Norte.

Furthermore, Zulueta agrees also to Duterte’s peace and order policies including that 10pm curfew for minors and liquor ban. She said that she sees nothing wrong with it since it’s for the safety of everyone.
