The 20-year-old certified nurse shares her secret on how she topped the Nursing Board Exam, according to her she had always believe in the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Attraction is the name given to the maxim “Like Attracts Like” which is used to sum up the idea that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life.

According to the Nov. 2015 topnotcher, Alyssa Almo, she did not expect or aimed to be at No. 1 spot out of the 18,000 examinees who took the board exam last November which was conducted in various designated testing centers across the country.

This year’s topnotcher of the Nursing board noted that she always aimed for a spot in the Top 10, but after the exams all she hoped for was to pass and ranking first seemed surreal. She was quoted as saying “I was really aiming for a spot in the top 10, but after the exams all I hoped for was to pass. Ranking first seemed surreal. I still can’t believe it,“ Almo said in a phone interview on Friday with Inquirer.

Alyssa Almo noted that she always visualized her goal before going to sleep as she revealed her secrets on how she ace the nursing board exam.

”I ask God for what I specifically want, I remind Him every day. And one more thing, when I get curious about something, I really read into it and it would bother me if my questions won’t be satisfied,“ she said.

”I believe preparation for the boards starts the very first day we enter nursing school. All those sleepless nights and tiring duties are experiences that help with forming a knowledge base,” she revealed.
