Veteran reporter and columnist Ramon Tulfo made another strong remark on his column with the Philippine Daily Inquirer, noting that only Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte can reform the Philippine National Police (PNP). In the latest column written by Ramon Tulfo, he revealed the reasons why the police force needs changes.
According to the veteran media man, Should Mayor Rody Duterte decide to run for President of the Republic of the Philippines next year and win, the country will surely have a very disciplined police force.
Ramon Tulfo noted that all policemen in Davao City followed what Mayor Duterte wanted of them while doing their service to the city as police officers.
Mayor Duterte brooks no abuse to authority by the police and military, as well as those in other government offices. The mayor of Davao is known for his discipline in the police ranks, even the neighboring police officers really respects the Davao City mayor.
Ramon Tulfo believed the only Mayor Duterte can reform the PNP, which is now considered as one of the most undisciplined police organizations in the world.
