Watch the Video Report from GMA7:

The MILF members both survived the bloody operations and now being hidden in a safe house provided by the PNP, the two were recruited by the PNP Intelligence Group last January 2015.

According to the report, suspended PNP Chief Director General Alan Purisima told PNP-SAF Director Getulio Napeñas to coordinate with the Intelligence Group director Supt. Fernando Mendez. The two top officials started the planning of “Operation Exodus” part of “Operation Wolverine” of the PNP-SAF to get Marwan.

The report also noted that Purisima, Napeñas and Mendez then briefed President Aquino at Bahay Pangarap in Malacañang on Jan. 9, the report said.

Meanwhile, according to Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin, the bounty for Marwan will go to the informant for the operation because troops cannot receive bounty despite the fact that they were instrumental in the capture or death of their target. The United States would make the final decision on whom the reward will be given.
