Mariah Carey Back In Manila For One-Night Concert

One of the world’s most famous singer and songwriter  Mariah Carey is back in Manila on Monday October 27 for a one-night concert that will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in the following day.

The international pop superstar, who first performed in the country in 2003, arrived in Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) at exactly 3 a.m. via private plane. The concert is part to promote her fourteenth studio album “Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse.”

Organizers of her Manila leg of “The Elusive Chanteuse Show” started selling tickets in August through SM Ticket outlets and online. The concert ticket prices ranges from P1,960 for General admission to P25,85o for SVIP p(–foul word(s) removed–).

The 25-year-old diva is considered one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 200 million records worldwide throughout her career. She was also named by the Guinness World Records as “Songbird Supreme.”

Mariah Carey is famous for her songs “Always Be My Baby,” “Hero,” “We Belong Together,” “Touch My Body,” “Vision of Love” and “Fantasy.”

Meanwhile, moments after Mariah Carey landed in the Philippines, she took her personal Instagram account and posted a video of her screaming fans to thank them for the warm welcome.

She wrote on the caption: “Thank you #Manila #lambily for the incredible welcome. I love you much!!! Can’t wait to see you at the show!! #TheElusiveChanteuseShow.”
