Teen actress Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil teams up in their upcoming soap opera entitled Forevermore. It would be also the first time that they will be working together in as soap opera. According to her, Enrique is very helpful to her when it comes to acting.
Meanwhile, she revealed her character in the said soap opera. Based on her, she will be playing the role of Marieta Kalay who is a farm girl. She get her living through picking and making strawberry jams. She also said that her character is really very hardworking and smart which is the total opposite of Enrique’s character in the story.
“I play Marietesa Kalay, she’s a farm girl, she picks strawberries and makes strawberry jam for a living and she makes the best strawberry jam. She’s very hardworking and smart the total opposite of Alexander (Enrique’s character). She is a loving daughter, very responsible,” she said on her interview in Push during the story conference of the movie.
She also said that her character is really very different to the past roles she have played before. It would be the first time that she will portraying the role of a farm girl. This time, her role is boyish and she will somehow get dirty along the way. It’s my first time to be a farm girl, ngayon boyish ‘yung role and I’m going to get down and dirty kasi ‘yung mga last roles ko puropa-cute,” she added.
They will also be working on a movie entitled “The Bet.”
According to her, she had done many preparations for the said movie. She had done multiple workshops, voice lesson and read the book so that she can analyze the character given to her properly. She also did work-out for the movie.
At the moment, the movie and the soap opera of the two is not yet given it’s release date. Somehow, this one would also be a must watch soap opera and movie. Let’s just wait.
