The country’s leading film companies Skylight Films and Regal Films released the official trailer of the upcoming romantic film “Once A Princess” starring Enchong Dee and Erich Gonzales on Thursday July 18, 2014.

“Once a Princess” is a film adaptation of Precious Hearts Romances book of the same title written by Angel Bautista. It centers the story Erin Almeda (Erich Gonzales) a popular girl in school and member of the group clique all-girl, who were considered as the most richest and glamorous of all.
One day, she plays with the heart of their class geek Leonard Jamieson (Enchong Dee) and unexpectedly falls in love with him. However, their romance ended shortly after a tragic event happened. Seven years later, Erin Almeda and Leonard Jamieson met again but this time, Erin was already married.
The movie will mark the big screen reunion project of the kapamilya stars following the 2011 romantic-comedy film “I Do”. They last starred together in the TV series “Maria la del Barrio” which ended on 2012.
Erich Gonzales and Enhong Dee was first paired in the 2009 hit primetime series “Katorse” which became a stepping stone to their respective careers in the showbiz industry.
Directed by Laurice Gullien, “Once A Princess”, which also stars JC de Vera and Matt Evans, will hit the theaters nationwide on August 6, 2014.
