Anne Curtis Performs “Wrecking Ball” on It’s Showtime Birthday (Video)

Filipino-Australian actress and singer Anne Curtis made a spectacle performance of “Wrecking Ball” during her special birthday celebration on “It’s Showtime” on Saturday, February 22, 2014.

The 29-year-old Anne Curtis performed the controversial hit of former Disney teen star Miley Cyrus while suspended on air at the star of the noontime variety show, “It’s Showtime.”

The “Dyesebel” star thanks fellow co-host Jugs Jugueta and Teddy Corpus for giving her the idea of Wrecking Ball as her special birthday performance in the top-rating noontime variety show.

Anne Curtis was quoted “Gusto ko talagang magpasalamat kina Jugs (Jugueta) and Teddy (Corpuz)…well kay Teddy actually. Siya yung nagbigay sa akin ng idea ng Wrecking Ball,” said Curtis.

The Philippines most followed actress on Twitter, Anne Curtis celebrated her birthday on Monday February 17 got some time to thank her supporters and followers who keeps on supporting her despite some previous controversy involving her lifestyle.

The actress was quoted as saying “Thank you for making the It’s Showtime stage a venue for dreams coming true. Thank you so much my Showtime family. I love you! Thank you!” she said.

Anne Curtis also made a special announcement right after her performance of the song “Wrecking Ball,” Anne announced her upcoming concert to be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum this coming May 16, 2014.
