The finals affair turned out to be a virtual best-of-five now after the Mixers level the series to one game apiece with an 80-70 victory last Sunday.

Coming off a rejuvenating win, Peter June Simon and James Yap will continue generate the offense for the Mixers, who found a big lift from their bench led by Justine Melton last meeting.

Joe Devance meanwhile is expected to play on his height advantageover smaller match ups to stop the Elasto painters anew.

On the other hand, the Rain or shine must find an answer to the exploits of San Mig and push the tempo in their 8 pm encounter later to regain its winning ways.

“They have been able to keep the game low-scoring which is to their advantage,” said RoS head coach Yeng Guiao. (Statement from philstar.com)

Paul Lee a non-factor in game two should impose his will to help Jeff Chan, to provide the scoring for the Elasto painters, who might miss Ryan Arana later after hurting his left collarbone last time out.
