The National Bureau of Investigation started their NBI Clearance Online Application System on Friday, January 24, 2014. Thousands of Filipinos flocked online to fill up the application forms but most them asked questions on what to do next.
The NBI advised that right after filling up the NBI Online Application Forms, applicants must proceed to the designated Regional & District Office of the NBI to enroll on their biometric system, payment and releasing of clearance.

hello, can i report sir/mam regarding the incident which happended today jan 23, 2019 here in urdaneta magic mall pangasinan NBI office. Mr. Martinez intructed me to pay first the 50pesos in online center infront of there office which is i thought is just 25 pesos only.. Can i ask is it mandatory to pay even i already in the office?
Another, un fortunately i paid two times.. I decided to make my payment on my self through online banking (metrobank direct – dragon pay)..I recieved the ref. number with KBF6C9R1 and i paid 155.. I presented to Mr. Martinez the ref. #. After he VALIDATED it, he asked for another 130 payment with OR number 8245100 W, i ask him why i need to pay again which is he knows that if one have the ref. number, it is automatically already paid.. i talk to him to put back the amount but he refused.. How can we tolerate that sir/mam.. I hope you have to addressed this matter…thank you and god bless.
