Atty. Santiago D. Ortega Jr., President of University of Saint Anthony in Iriga City allegedly caught by a hidden camera beating a 14-year-old student inside the campus after the kid played on school’s basketball court without asking permission. The 2-minute recorded video was taken by the victim himself using his cellphone.
The video was uploaded on  We Love USANT (University of Saint Anthony) Facebook page with following statement on the page saying:
Kitang-kita po sa video na si Atty. Ortega ay baliw na sa kanyang kapangyarihan at kayamanan. Walang awa na binanatan ang 14 anyos na bata habang siya ay pinagmumura.
Papabayaan po ba natin ito si Atty. Ortega sa kanyang pang-aabuso? Sobra na po ito.
Mga kapwa naming empleyado at magulang, kung hindi tayo kikilos, baka anak natin ang maging susunod na biktima.PLEASE SHARE PO PARA MATAPOS NA ANG KADEMONYOHAN NA ITO. TAYO’Y MAGTULUNGAN PARA MAIBALIK NA SA TAMANG LANDAS ANG USANT.

The uploaded video shows the angry university president identified as Atty. Santiago D. Ortega Jr. berating and occasionally beating the latter.
Most of the language used in the maltreatment were Iriga’s dialect as it is clearly narrated that the unidentified student went on “Ortega’s basketball court” without asking permission, but the student reiterated and denied the allegation and eventually the poor kid was kicked by the angry man.
